Permanent and Guest Moorage

There are five permanent docks within the marina that provide 262 moorage slips that range in size from 24' to 60' including 54' covered moorage slips. Each dock has a secured gate that can be accessed through assigned electronic key entries. Services available to each slip include water, phone, 30 amp power, parking, and WI-FI. The guest moorage dock provides 49 guest slips ranging from 24' to 50' and can accommodate vessels up to 85'. All 40' and 50' slips and fifteen 30' slips can be reserved in advance with 24 hours notice. We offer ten 30' and 4 20' slips which are first come first serve. These 14 slips do not have in and out privileges. Amenities include bathrooms/free hot showers, gift shop, laundry, WI-FI, access to our small electric vehicle, and covered picnic shelters on the guest dock.

Kayak and Small Boat Facility

The kayak and small boat facility provides 28 covered storage spaces for vessels that range from 8' to 24'. The facility provides a step launch and retrieval system for ease of accessing the water whether you are a novice or a professional. The Facility is located on Dock A behind a secured gate.

Fuel Dock

Our fuel dock sells ethanol free gasoline (87 octane) and diesel fuel. In addition we offer motor oils, lubricants, and additives. The fuel dock is open from 8:10am to 4:40pm seven days per week excluding New Year's Day,  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the fuel dock is open 8:10am to 7:40pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The Fuel Dock also provides free use of a pump-out station during fuel dock hours.

Mike Wallace Park

The Park consists of over 1 acre of manicured lawns and gardens for your enjoyment. Barbecues and picnic tables are available for use. The Park hosts a variety of events from Early May– Mid October. Every Saturday there is a Farmers Market which offers fresh local fruits, vegetables, baked goods, as well as locally handcrafted arts and crafts. On Saturday nights the Port co-sponsors the "Concerts on the Cove" where musicians from around the state put on free family oriented performances for the public from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, which includes a beer garden, and a variety of food vendors. The Port also hosts several community events through the year including Kites over Kingston, North Kitsap Arts & Crafts Fesitval, Paddle Kitsap, Paws Fest, 4th of July, Country Christmas, as well as several other events that are open to the public.

Parking Facilities

The Port provides free 2hr parking for the general public. There are 162 daily commuter parking spaces that cost $5 for a 12 hour period. Monthly commuter parking is also available for a monthly fee where an issued parking space is assigned. 18 parking spaces are provided for truck and trailers, which is located adjacent to the boat launch.

Boat Launch

Our boat launch has a double lane launch ramp that is open to the public 7 days a week 24 hours per day and is usable at most tides except extreme lows. Use of the boat launch is free. There is a cost of $5 for a 12 hour period to park your truck and trailer. The pay box is located next to the boat launch ramp.

Saltair Beach

The Saltair/North Beach recreation area is located on the eastside of the Washington State Ferry Vehicle loading lanes and provides over 400' of sandy beach. The pathway leading to the beach starts at the promontory deck overlooking Puget Sound. Beach use is limited to daylight hours only.

Fishing Pier

The Fishing pier is open to the Public 24 hours a day 7 days per week. The pier is accessible from the Washington State Ferry terminal. Contact the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for current fish/crab openings.
